Terms and Conditions for your stay at Range Farm Glamping

1. Bookings
1.1. When making a booking, you are required to book a minimum of two nights.
1.2. Range Farm Glamping reserves the right to accept or decline any booking.
1.3. The person making the booking will be deemed as the primary organiser. As
primary organiser you are responsible for all other party members.
1.4. The primary organiser must be over the age of 20.
1.5. We are unable to discuss bookings with anybody other than you – the primary
organiser. Authorisation to do so would need to be given first.
1.6. We will amend bookings if required but only where possible and only up to a
maximum of two times.
1.7. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
1.8. Range Farm Glamping strongly advises anybody making a booking to ensure
they have adequate holiday insurance. During your stay, this should provide
protection in the event of: illness and bereavement, accidents, travel
difficulties and extreme weather. Please note – we are not liable where events
outside of our control lead to cancellation of your booking and you may
therefore also wish to include this in your insurance.
1.9. Where circumstances beyond our control or yours result in the inability to
honour your booking, an alternate decision will be made at our discretion. This
will be one of two choices: a full refund or a selection of alternative dates.
1.10. We are currently unable to accommodate dogs on site and you are therefore
expected to respect this. If you arrive with a dog we reserve the right to ask
you to leave. A refund would not be granted in this circumstance.

2. Paying for your stay
2.1. A minimum of a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you are
making a late booking close to your arrival date, we reserve the right to
request a larger deposit.
2.2. The remaining balance of your booking is to be paid in full within 6 weeks of
your arrival date. Where this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to
cancel your booking.
2.3. In addition to the total amount payable, bookings are subject to a £1.50
booking fee.
2.4. Where you require amendments to be made to existing bookings, there will be
a £5 administration fee each time. If for any reason we cannot make the
amendment, you will not be charged.

3. Arrival and departure
3.1 Your accommodation will be available from 3 PM on the day of your arrival.
3.2 Check out is by 10 AM on the day of your departure. 
3.3 Early arrivals and late departures can be requested but are not guaranteed.
You will be charged accordingly.

4. Cancellation of bookings
4.1. If you wish to cancel an already confirmed booking, you must inform us in
writing or via email at rangefarmglamping@aol.com as soon as possible.
4.2. If you wish to cancel your booking up to the ‘6 week before arrival’ mark, this
will result in your deposit and booking fee being lost.
4.3. If you wish to cancel your booking 6-3 weeks prior to your arrival date, this will
result in 50% of the total amount being lost.
4.4. If you wish to cancel your booking less than three weeks prior to your arrival
date, this will result in 100% of the total balance being lost.

5. Behaviour
5.1 You are required to keep the shepherds hut and its contents clean and tidy
and it is expected that you will leave everything in the same condition they are
found in.
5.2 There is a strictly no smoking policy in the shepherds huts. This is inclusive of
vapour/ e-cigarettes.
5.3 The use of Chinese lanterns, fireworks or similar, is forbidden.
5.4 The use of drones and powered flying objects is forbidden.
5.5 We ask that you respect the privacy of others during your stay with us. This
includes keeping noise to a reasonable level, with absolute quiet between the
hours of 11pm and 7am.
5.6 There is to be no amplified music after 10pm.
5.7 It is expected that you will obey our health and safety notices and in doing so,
use our property safely. You should not cause danger to others.
5.8 You should act on the reasonable instructions of staff. Verbal and/or physical
abuse towards our staff is not expected and will not be tolerated.
5.9 The number of people sleeping in your shepherds hut must not exceed the
number stipulated at the time of your booking. Visitors to site are welcome, but
they must vacate the property by 11pm and comply with all rules while on site.

6. Safety on site
6.1 As party organiser, you are responsible for the safety of all members in your
party.
6.2 Children should be supervised at all times. It is the responsibility of parents &
guardians to remain vigilant and ensure children do not find themselves in
situations where they may incur injury.
6.3 Parental or guardian supervision is required for the use of our playground
equipment. Range Farm Glamping is not responsible for any injury incurred
whilst using this facility.
6.4 You have sole responsibility for securing your shepherds hut while staying with
us.
6.5 The number of people sleeping in your shepherds hut must not exceed the
number stipulated at the time of your booking.
6.6 As party organiser, you must ensure all guests within your booking are familiar
with fire notices and the location of our fire points.
6.7 It is essential that you do not store any fuels or combustible materials on our
site during your stay.
6.8 You must ensure that any personal electrical appliances you bring to our
property are in good condition and safe to use. You will be held responsible for
damage they cause to our property.
6.9 Campfires are only permitted in the fire pit provided.

7. Vehicles on site
7.1 Vehicles are only permitted in the car park provided.
7.2 Parking spaces are provided for up to two vehicles per booking.
7.3 Additional vehicles can be granted on request, however this is dependent on
available space.
Please note – there is a £5 charge for every additional vehicle. This is
inclusive of any visitors you may welcome to site.
7.4 Driving vehicles on or around the campsite is forbidden. It is only in cases of
emergency, or with specific authorisation that this is permitted.
7.5 You are using our car park facilities at your own risk. While we provide the
reassurance of CCTV, Range Farm Glamping are not responsible for any
damage, accident or loss.

8. Damage to accommodation
8.1 If on arrival you find any damage/loss to your shepherds hut and/or facilities, it
is your responsibility to notify us immediately. This is best done via the site
office or telephone – 07391060197 / 01485 576223.
In the event of this not being possible, you should send your concerns via
email.
8.2 If you do not notify us of any damage/loss you find on arrival, you may be held
responsible.
8.3 You are accountable for any loss or damage to our property that is caused by
you or any member of your party during your stay. You will be charged
accordingly.

9. Complaints procedure
9.1 We endeavour to provide you with a quality stay that meets all of your needs
and desires. However, if you have any queries, problems or complaints during
your time with us, please contact us directly at the site office or via telephone
07391060197 / 01485 576223. You should allow us the opportunity to resolve
any issues you have.
9.2 If, in the unfortunate event you leave with an unresolved complaint, you should
contact us formally in writing via letter or email at:

10. Breaching of site rules
10.1 We expect all guests to comply with site rules for the duration of their stay.
10.2 In the event of our rules being breached, we reserve the right to ask you ang
your party to leave the site with immediate effect. Refunds will not be granted.
10.3 We reserve the right to take appropriate action where necessary.
10.4 In the event of rules being breached, we will offer no second chances.
